Mount Uniacke… it’s happening.

Pickleball Cove is no longer just a concept, sketches on paper, or late night planning sessions. We have officially secured our location at 25 Alicia Scott Ave, Mount Uniacke, Nova Scotia, and the transformation is about to begin.

That’s right. If everything stays on schedule, we plan to open our doors in the first week of April 2026. We are just weeks away from turning an empty unit into something completely different from anything else in the Halifax region.

No crowded rec centers. No waiting for courts. No chaos.

Just premium private play. Your court. Your crew. Your time.

Construction to kit out the space officially begins on March 2, 2026.

This is where the vision becomes real. The walls, lighting, layout, lounge, finishes — everything starts coming together. The goal has always been clear: build a space that feels intentional, elevated, and just plain cool the moment you walk in.

We are not building “another court.”

We are building The Cove.

Our brand new VersaCourt system has been ordered.

We chose VersaCourt because we wanted professional grade modular performance flooring that feels great underfoot, plays true, and looks sharp. This is not a temporary tape on concrete setup. This is a dedicated, purpose built pickleball surface designed for performance and durability.

When you step onto this court, you will feel the difference.

We have officially hired a mural artist to transform our walls into something unforgettable.

Think bold. Think character. Think statement piece.

Pickleball Cove is meant to feel immersive. Fun. A little rebellious in the best way. We are leaning fully into our branding and creating a space that feels like you stepped into something designed, not rented.

The Cove will have personality.

We have our lounge furnishings ordered and on the way.

This will not be a plastic chair in the corner situation. We are building a proper lounge space where you can:

• Hang before your booking • Chill after a match • Watch your friends battle it out • Take that victory photo

Comfortable seating. Clean design. A space that feels intentional and premium.

Here’s the quick snapshot:

• Location secured at 25 Alicia Scott Ave • Construction starts March 2 • VersaCourt ordered • Mural artist hired • Lounge furniture ordered • Opening planned for the first week of April 2026

We are moving fast.

Pickleball Cove was built around a simple idea:

No crowds. No compromises.

A private, bookable, premium pickleball experience in Mount Uniacke that gives players space, flexibility, and control. Whether you are booking for serious training, a competitive ladder match, or just laughing your way through doubles with friends, this space is being designed for you.

We are not trying to be the biggest facility. We are trying to be the best single-court experience.

And we are almost there.

Stay tuned for behind-the-scenes updates as construction begins. The Cove is coming to life.

April 2026. Get ready to rule it.

Roger is the unofficial, uninvited mascot of Pickleball Cove Halifax. A self-proclaimed pirate turned pickleball menace, he swapped the high seas for the court, where yelling “ARRR!” is part of his strategy.
